HOW TO USE

Shake occasionally as natural separation may occur. Apply to wet skin, massage over face and neck then rinse. Use morning and night.

Non-Existent Customer Service

I have never written a bad review for any company, and feel I must now. I have now reached out THREE TIMES via email to "customer service" with NO response. I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of these products in just a few weeks and love the products. However, I received a charcoal cleanser that was not properly sealed. Although they state "no refunds" (which I find very odd for a company that should stand behind its products), I do believe if I am given a defective, unsealed product that I should receive a replacement. I would never use a product that should be sealed and isn't. Again, after three emails with photos, still nothing. How can anyone feel good about a company that so obviously doesn't care about its customers?

Best and long lasting charcoal cleanser!

This is one of my all time favorite cleansers! I am glad I discovered it. It lasts a very long time. Way longer than I expected. I use a little and it takes off oil and dirt. The charcoal in it washes away easily. I use it a lot in the shower too because I do not want to use harsh soap on my face. It is a wonderful texture, very soft. It is not a strip cleanser. It is a gentle cleanser that feels luxurious. I would say it has lasted about 3 months. If they offered a great deal on a subscription, this would be an item I would splurge on and make sure I always had a little on hand.

Charcoal magic

I wouldn't think that putting charcoal on my face is something that I really wanted to try. But I REALLY LIKE IT ! My face is blemish free and has been for a couple of months. It's great.

Awesome for sensitive skin

My son has such sensitive skin... Most everything burns his skin, but charcoal magic does not. It's a wonderful product. It cleans his skin very well. Would highly recommend this product

Bad experience

Very bad experience. These products made my skin itchy, red and dry. I developed dermatitis. Unfortunately, customer service refused to return my money back.
